Like I said. I didnt know for sure. I just remembered seeing something about it before.

 

Here are a couple pictures of a "Performance tone" system for your viewing pleasure that a got from the website with the deal. I just love that bowtie embosed tip. There are other options also for the tip.

So I guess if you buy one from there and you don't end up with a corsa muffler you can always claim false advertisement!

That's a nice looking system with the bowtie tip, I hope they make a GMC tip.

 

Kinda sucks the tip is seperate.

Maybe Corsa re-worked the muffler for this new stuff.

 

any gmpp exhaust system made within the last year is not made by corsa, it is borla.
that is when we made the switch.

 

maybe those are old stock. that would explain the lower prices.

Q:I was wondering about the brand of muffler that comes with your GMPP Exhaust systems? I know the picture says Corsa, but I heard that GMPP switched to using Borla mufflers last year.

A:GM Uses Borla, Corsa & Magnaflow as thier Performance Parts exhaust suppliers.

Q:So is there anyway to know what muffler would be sent with the GMPP systems that you are selling? Or are all the mufflers manufactured to the same specs regaurdless of which company they come from?

A:The ones that are listed as performance or touring tone are generally all Corsa. The Diesel truck systems are Magnaflow, Borla is sprinkled in as some of the Corvette systems and other applications.
