tuned a 5.3 with that cam the other day and it was pretty strong caught me by suprise how hard it pulled and has a pretty nasty chop to it idle was set at 700 rpm.

Wow, I didn't expect to get any real responses lol, I was only joking. Used to see "GM Hot Cam" threads about once a week and haven't seen one in a long time so I figured I'd start one for a goof. I've heard that tuning that cam was really tough, how'd it go Pewter53?

it wasn't that bad I was right there with you when the boy come up talking bout the hot cam I was thinking well this is going to be dissapointing then in about 3 hrs of playing with the start up airflow tables and using the wideband to work on the ve tables it suprised me how hard it pulled.

Gm hot cam here < < < < happy with it for the price still need headers 2 get full potential out of it* pulls pretty good mid/top my tunner had no problem* tunning my cam< its worth it for the price < besides you only need ls6 springs , that are affortable
