If I were to go from stock 3.42 gears to 3.73 would I be able to notice the difference. About how much faster will this make my truck?

I would not be able to tell you exaclty how much I gain from mine because when I went with 3.73, I also installed an lsd. With combination, I shaved odd about .5 sec on the 1/4. I had terrible wheel spin. Hope this helpls. OH.. this was on my 01 Sierra.
