I was wondering what gear oil you guys use. I do have a factory g80 locker. I'm going from 3.42's to 4.10's. I know swaping gears throws lights and affects the abs system, am I correct with this? Any help is appreciated.

 

You shouldnt have any problems with throwing codes or the abs system but your speedo will be off from the gear change Nothing a little PCM update cant fix.

 

Yes, if you reprogram the ECM correctly, all will be well and you will be very pleased with the performance boost too.

 

Yea I know about having to get my pcm programed and plan on it. I live within 30 nim of Futral and Thunder Racing so that isnt a problem HEHE.
