Default gaskets

on gen III what gaskets if any can be "re used" if not damaged?

I reuse my valve cover gaskets. Aside from that I play it safe and just replace them.

for the most part i do have all new gaskets, jsut wasnt sure if there was any that are reusable.

I've reused valve cover, intake, and header gaskets. Most others I replace every time they are removed. I would say the head gaskets are truly the only one-time-use gasket on the engine. All others can be reused assuming they are in good condition, but it's always best to replace them of course.
