Check your thermostat. Running cold > runs rich > bad mileage.

Check the obvious tune-up items (plugs, wires, etc.), try cleaning the MAF sensor with some electrical contact cleaner, clean the throttle body, and also take a look at the fuel pressure regulator and make sure it isn't leaking and sucking extra fuel. It's located in the center of the driver's side fuel rail. With the engine off, pull the vacuum hose off of it and check for the presence of fuel (either dripping or noticeable smell). If fuel is present, the fp reg is bad and needs replacement.

This might sound silly, but also check and make sure that none of the brakes are siezing up...

you check for lazy o2's??? how many miles?? may need o2 sensors

 

i checked my fp at idle, it's 48 psi, i crack the throttle it droppes to like 42 and stays there.

time for a fp reg i guess.

 

ok checked my fp reg.....and no leak, and no smell of gas.

fp was 48 at idle/ 58 at wot, or vac line disconnected.

upped it to 52 at idle, 62 at wot.

well see what happens.

also i figured the mileage couldn't get much worse so i put in e-85 in it, and im getting the same mileage!!!
no decrese??? definatiley time to get hp tuners, or ls1 edit.
