Talking Gained a Tenth w/ 02 PCM...

Had a good time at the Houston GTG last night and got a new best of 14.661@95.91mph w/ a lousy 2.279 60' ( NEED BETTER TIRES !!! ). This was after installing an '02 PCM from Nelson Performance !!! Not bad I guess considering the mods in sig and also a stock LS1 cam. Best 50 bucks I ever spent !!! Also got to meet some new LS1 Tech members and see Allen work his magic on a few rides for some good gains in the 1/4. For all those that didn't come ya missed out on some good fun...Zed

hey good time man. keep adding to it. you can have that truck in the upper 13's with a few more mods. What gears do you have? your mph is higher than mine but we ran almost the same et.

good times. with some drag radials you can probably hit low 14's.

Yeah I was trying but the yokos even at 17lbs wouldn't hook they just got a little better. Need to invest in some wider tires...

You or me, mines partially built...well, probaly more than yours anyway, no offense but I blew mine at 104K and beefed up the internals a little...Zed

if you are interested in a set of gears, i have some sitting here. 3.73.

anyway, that would explain your mph. good runs on 3.42 no less. i sometimes wonder what i would run if i still had those gears in. the best i ever got with them was a 14.89 and that was without the cutout and vette cam.
