Default fuel system in 2001 silverado

the sending unit on this '01 project has 3 "nipples" on it, I assume 2 are feeds and 1 is a return. I was wanting to convert it to AN line and use a return style setup with 2 regulators to control the nitrous and engine fuel. My question is: if there are 2 feeds can I "cap" one and run an AN fitting conversion off of the other one and run the line to the front, through the rails, into both regulators, and then back to the unit with another conversion fitting into the tank? Anyone with some insight?

so the evap...what is its purpose? The setup I'm thinking about will work then ya think Quik? I'm still thinking about just running that fuel cell but want to try to keep it as "stock" as possible.
