Default Fuel pump will not come on

02 Silvy, worked fine lastnight at midnight, didnt change anything now it will not come on.. Relay works, fuel pump is good (hooked it up direct), both grounds in the plug are good (checked with a test light), It just will not come on with the ignition. I also demanded it on in HPT and still nothing. Its problem after problem, i jus wanna get this bitch lined out so i can move on....

Check power at the fuel pump also, could be a bad wire going to it or a loose connection between the relay and pump

did you check to see if your ignition switch is bad? alot of times if that goes bad it may turn the truck over but wont send a signal to the fuel pump... are you 100% posititve its not on? i mean are you sure its not on but wont build pressure?

I've seen a short in the fuse block create similar issues a few times.

I had the same problem with my 02 and it was a short in the fuse block.

check the wire that comes off the PCM harness
you can tap into that wire, and use that as the trigger wire for the fuel pump relay.

Have you checked the wiring from the fuse box to the back of the truck to the fuel pump? Meaning have you tried to "hot tap" the wire from the fuse box back?
