Default Fuel pump question.

Can I use a inline fuel pump or do I need to drop the tank and replaced my stock one? Also I was wondering which one I should go with.

well I have 31lb injectors and am fixing to go to 42lb injectors and just want to know if I have to pull the tank or will the inline one pull through my stock pump. Also maybe a few places to find them at. I never have any luck finding stuff for my truck.

Yes. It will decrease the line pressure after your stock pump thereby increasing the output of the stock pump. Pump flow rate decreases as line pressure increases.

Not sure that there is such an animal for an '02 truck. Adding a high flow inline booster pump will probably provide more fuel anyway. Both pumps will be helping each other out. And it won't mess up the functioning of the factory fuel module.
