Default Fuel pressure sensor location

I've got a 1996 C1500 Vortec and am trying to install a Autometer C2 fuel pressure gauge kit.The problem is, I don't know where I can mount the fuel pressure sensor. It is about 1.5" tall and has a 3/8" treaded base that would need to screw into some kind of fuel block I guess. I s this the same style of FP sensor you guys are using, or is there something easier to run? I already have the sensor, so I didn't want to buy another, I just don't want to scew anything up when when messin with the FI system. So, how are you guys hooking up your fuel pressure sensors?
