Wanting to put an inline fuel pump on my '05. How am I going to tap into my fuel line since I don't have a filter outside the tank like the older ones? What parts will I need. I found the post with all the other fittings I'm going to need. Want it to look something like this when I'm finished

 

You can't put an inline fuel pump on your truck. It's a returnless fuel system and the pressure regulator is in the pump in the tank. Your only option it to install a larger pump in the tank.

 

why do you feel you are needing more pump

what about a walbro 255lph for inside the tank? can i still add an external filter somehow?
