Default fuel injection service?

my truck is starting to sputter a little bit. I have religiously run techroline every 1,000 and this tank I ran techroline and 93 octane, but it didn't help the problem. I called a dealer and he told me they do some fuel injection service...to the tune of $300. what does this service entail, or rather, what should I do?

Same problem with my truck. I put in a can of the fuel injector cleaner and some 93 and it helped temporalily. I took it to shop to get them cleaned but it didnt cost me that much to get it done. You could probably do it yourself with the fuel injector cleaner and letting them soak in it. But i dont know if this will work or is good for them. Just an idea. Get an opinion from someone who really knows there stuff, but there is my 2 cents.
