I dont know about a website, but here is a few I've done in the past.
1. descreen MAF
2. remove metal plate under air box and cut out the bottom
3. the famous BB coolent mod
4. cut off the end of the EGR flush in the intake
5. remove all those heavy medal heat shields under the truck
6. if your daring and have a dremal, port match the intake and TB
