The paint is gone completely. They are covered in rust from one end to the other. The only thing that doesn thave rust on it is the caps cause they are never on. They have a light coat of rust on them evrywhere its no the kind of rust where if you hit with a hammer it would knock a hole in it. Its mainly cosmetic but at 35 bucks a piece they should atleast come with a decent coating on them. Oh well rant over.
