Default Flowmaster Super 44 Series (new product)

anyone install these mufflers on their truck yet? just curious if they really sound louder than the 40 series.

I have the Super 40 on mine, and it sounds great attached to the LTs and ORY. I think that the Super 44 is just a 4 inch in/out version. not sure though

***edited for being a dumbass***Just looked at the link, I can't see any difference except that they are claiming its deeper tone

looks like there are less baffels in it, so that's probably what gives it the "deeper" tone than the super 40.

just got the super 44's installed today on my truck and they sound great. i still have stock manifolds and cats but cut out the y just past the o2 sensors after the cats and ran true duals. nice deep tone at idle and normal acceleration but they scream at wot. lost alot of low end with the true duals but hoping to find a good tune to get it all back and more. i'll post a sound clip soon as i can.

Just curious about how this could be accomplished? I'm not trying to challenge you because I don't have any experience with programming but I wonder how you can overcome the loss of low end with just a tune? Thanks!
