Default Flowmaster Resonator

Interior resonance from 2000-2400 rpm was so bad with my Flowmaster 70 that I pulled it off and put in a Hooker Maxflow. Sweet muffler, nice tone. Quiet unless at wot or cruising (you guessed it) 2000-2400 rpm. Resonance was so bad it was vibrating stuff in my dash! Almost drove me insane. I had to either drive less than 70 on the highway or above 84.

So off comes the Hooker today and back on goes the Flowmaster 70 and this time I added the Flowmaster Resonator (looks like a small turbo muffler) upstream of the 70. Resonance is now gone! Very quiet with a deep throaty sound. Still loud at wot. Performance seems to be OK. I got quite a bit of low end torque back. Tires spin about twice a long now. Truck is now in stealth mode!

My Hemi buddy wants to run again. So I'll let ya'll know if it still performs as well when I come across him.
