i dontknow man takifn off an f body intake is much harder than a truck intake imo.

i recently replaced the knock sensors on my maro ss. and the plugs didnt fit very tight at all i used silicone but not that much. i also used silicone when installing th evic jr on my truck , since there is nothing between the intake and knockers.

I think Country boy is just messing with us, those are actually pictures of Dewey's truck. That would make much more sense.

in the past they had motors that ran without knock sensors....but its a risk if the vehicle isnt right

but if the motor came with the safety feature, why not use it? Theyre only there for your benifit.

how can i tell when a knock sensor is going out i have a predator that reads codes. ive lost about .5 seconds in 1/4 mile recently, dont know if its a sensor
