sounds good man!!! thats about what I want to do in my LS1... maybe the 228R... if you are looking at 3600 converters, the Yank SS3600 is great!!!

yeah...i think if my 3200 stall woulda done what i expected (1.7x 60') i woulda made that 12.99 pass but aparently 3200 cant get me any better times than a 2600

Nice cam! What's your STR on your converter though? In your truck, 2.4 or 5 would be the ticket since you are ext. cab.

my fuddles STR is 2.2 dont know if it matters or not and I dont know what it means either..

STR is basically the stall torque multiplication ratio. Basically, 1.9 is stock. The higher the number, the harder hit off the line. Your mph speed will go down some but your 60' will be faster if you can hook. You really need 2.4 STR with your heavy truck.
