Congrats! That is a sweet time, I know you must be STOKED to cut that much off of your previous best! Do you have any tuning or ECM mods?

NONE ... absolutely NONE! I can't wait to get EDIT. Now that the shift kit is in .. the TQM is even worse. I wish they would fix it, but I think I'm gonna have to buy the cable if I want it anytime soon.

I was so stoked about it ... I came back grinning ear to ear. I left the line and it didn't spin AT ALL! I was shocked. I knew from then it was gonna be a nice one. I got 4 runs in, and out of the best 3, the worst was a 14.69 which was still with some wheel spin. That 4th run was the first and I couldn't get the diff to lock at all so I was peg legging half way through the 1/8th switching back and forth to 1st and 2nd.

Congrats on the time......I have similar mods + 20's and Goodyear no-performance tires and I could not get traction whatsoever. I'm not going back to the track before I get some drag radials or slicks.

Both .. I kept trying to spin it but I couldn't get the diff to stay locked for my burnout. I think I figured out what it is though. I think that when the tires are wet, they don't put enough tension on the inerds of the G80 to lock it. Dry tires will though.

03 .. I'm running the GY Eagle GT2 as well. The track was good today for some reason. Maybe it was the 'real' cars there that were laying down some rubber for me to hook to.

BTW ... Only thing that was keeping me from doing this last time was the traction problem. The only thing I changed was installing the shift kit.

creed .. I'm thinking 4.10's and some 28" slicks should get me about where you are. Maybe touch the 13's. Hopefully I can do that the first of the year.

Once I get a tranny in it, the blower's going on. Maybe a 12 second run coming up there.

I cut a 14.3 at 96 mph but my 60' was only 2.3. F*ck I need to get a stall.

Nice times though. Did you make any mods to get it to hook up, or just the burn out? What size/type tire are you running?
