Looks good. You might want to take some round bar stock and bend it so that it wraps around both pipes for support on the center hanger, and weld all the way around. Put some gussets in there so that it can't bend from vibration. What happens with a small patch of contact is that the wall of the tubing will fatigue and crack where the weld is, over time.
