I posted a month ago that I had ordered 20x8 tomahawk snipers
http://www.centerlinewheels.com/whee...id=14&sw_id=77.
I got em and went with hankook ventus st-265/50/20.
I chose this size as they are best for the rim width, a little wider tire would look better but may not wear or handle properly
Also, I had the rims clear powdercoated right out of the box, they turned out great and clean up perfect with soap and water, no cleaning/polishing required.
I took off 18" eagle rims and 285/60/18 yoko hst tires. This tire was way to big for my 2wd truck, 31.4" tall and the rims had the wrong offset and stuck out past the fenderwell.
The hankooks are 30.3 vs the stock 255/70/16 at 30.1 tall so it's pretty close to stock.
The best part is that with the centrelines at about 25lbs each plus the tires, are about 25lbs lighter each than the setup I took off the truck and very close to the weight of the oe rim/tire.
Man, what a difference driving this truck, every aspect of steering, braking,
accelerating, hard cornering, road noise is better. plus they look great too...
Bigger is not always better. OH well, live and learn
Anyway, happy camper, I'll add soon pics on the weekend.

Truck is real dirty and I'm busy but I'll have time later this week.
If you look at the wheels and didn't know, you couldn't tell there is a finish on them.
I didn't see your tire size in my tire search, how tall are they?
Dave
