Feels Slow

Default Feels Slow

I installed Pacesetter LT headers removed the cats and have a 3" Y into a 3" single with a 22" magnaflow muffler the truck feels like I lost power from stock (well I had a Volant Intake on it) Any imput

did u lose power overall? or just low end? top end should be a lot better. you really need a tune man, it will be a night and day difference.

its hard to tell it feels like i lost down low and i cant tell any difference anywhere else anyway I really want to get it tuned, will it really make a big difference?

Yes it will make a big difference. I don't think simply bolting on parts really results in performance gains UNTIL it's been tuned.

Getting it tuned is going to make a huge difference. I can imagine that it feels slower than before. Go ahead and get it tuned, you will be glad you did.

What kind of rwhp should I expect with my mods also I want to change the stock plugs out whats the best plug to run?

Awesome thanks for the imput also i looked in the dyno section i couldnt really find any info on the 5.3 with just LT's 3" single exhaust intake and dyno tune does anybody know what #'s these trucks put down with just those mods. P.S. I have an 06 with only 10,000 miles

I would guess right around 300 rwhp +/- 10. Every truck is different.
