Dude on SSS.com has this setup, 18.5" magnaflow, dual 2.5 in/dual 2.5 out. LTs, no cats, TR224 112+2 IIRC. Sounds damn good if you ask me. In fact I just ordered that same setup, myself. I know you said no Magnaflow, but this sounds different than any other magnaflow setup that I have ever heard.

I've got an 18" case magnaflow 3" in/ dual 2.5" out dumped right now lol. It might sound better with a tail pipe and tip, but I don't want to run dual pipes.

single 3" all the way for me.

This is when idle was way lean and it idled like it had a big cam
That does sound great, but I called Corsa a few days ago for something else, and they said that they discontinued that DB line, so get them if you can.

Thought about adding a dynomax bullet in front of your magnaflow? it would quiet it down.
you could run duals over axle also
