maybe possible, but you will need every possible bolt on.

This boltons should put you high to mid 13's. K&N FIPK, ASP Crank Pulley, Pacesetter LT's, Full Single 3" Exhaust w/good flowing muffler or cutout, 3k T/C, 4.10's, Eaton Posi, build your tranny or at least get servo valves and shift kit, a good set of dragradials or 26" e/t streets and defenetly a good tune. Good luck.

A 3500+ rpm stall converter and all bolt ons, look into a free flow exhaust i.e. magnaflow, corsa, or borla. Flowmasters have that distinct sound but they can't give you the extra power that the better free-flowing exhausts can. My 2cents

cheapest and quickest way would be to spray it..takes a day to put on and you can buy a used nitrous kit for $350-$500 all day long...just a good torque converter is gonna cost that much..gears and a differential is gonna cost ya a close to a grand to get it and have some one do it..the under drive pully is gonna cost you around 200..the pacesetter un coated headers are 275 plus to have some one do a true dual will cost ya some where from 350-500+ denpending on the shop you have do it and what you have done and mufflers you get. a cold air intake are around 150..you can make one yourself alot cheaper.. you can also port your throttle body adds a little hp...dont get a mass air, throttle body spacer, or a bigger throttle body as they are all pointless with what your doing..
