Fastest bolt-on truck?

I was just curious how fast u can make these trucks with just bolt-ons.

i would say 13's. although a S/C, Turbo or nitrous all bolt on. are you talking tune, CAI, headers...**** like that?

13's easily in a single cab. not so easy in an extended cab. theres only one ecsb with bolt ons only without a cam doing 13's that i can think of.
