My Tahoe has run a best of 13.93@97.4 with the mods as listed below in my sig. This was with the passenger headlight removed, stock tires(no traction problems at all), 100 octane unleaded with 9psi boost. The truck weighs 5750 with me in it. This time was easily backed up that day with at least 6 passes in the 13's. I handed my keys to a friend that had never driven the truck before and he ran a 14.01@97. I drive this truck every day and in its 6psi street trim, 93 octane, and headlight installed it will run 14.5-14.6@93 all day long. With over 30k hard miles with my current setup I would say that it is pretty reliable and durable.

Easily a 16.0 truck with all that against me. No chance with the programming back in

Next time your 15.5 Silv sees my Tahoe the HOE will have an airbox, and some other stuff, maybe you are being overconfident Tommy.

headlight mod huh, never heard of that one, i like it, will have to try that at the track. i did pull some air dams out around that headlight and cut a couple of holes in the stock air box, give me an instant extra 1psi and 2lb/min of air

Didn't look like .8 when we were side by side until we let off.

Airbox should be happening soon and heck now I feel like doing a gear.

I bet HPP would help me quite a bit too.

LOL...of course it didn't, with no programming I am almost as slow as your slug

Race weight that night for me John was around 5450, compared to the 5000 at the track.

Your weight problem is not my problem.

Looks like an airbox and HPP3 and maybe 3.42's and I am in the low 15's at least, maybe better...

And with possibly some more mods to boot
