Default Extremely Rich running LQ4 S10 Swap

Alright guys, i'm at a loss here not sure where or what route to go, few months ago I had swapped a 6.0 into my S10. I pulled the motor out of my running Denali (ran perfect no issues) stripped the heads of it put new gaskets in TexasSpeed MS3 cam, new double springs etc. Fixed up the factory wiring harness a little bit (like through LT1Swap). Had the computer tuned from BlackBear to tune out rear 02's, EVAP, Theft and CATS. Put short tube headers on it for the S10. Brand new Flex fuel S10 pump which pushes 55-60PSI. Then I fired it up, runs phenomenal except extremely rich, so rich that it just about fouled the plugs out within a week of trying to diag it. On the scanner tho the A/F Ratio isn't that bad shows 14.1:1. It does have a MAF(P0101) code and MAP (P0106) on it. So I switched MAFS out of another 5.3 that I had that has no issues to test it, reset light, unhooked battery. Made no difference still had a code. Tried putting a brand new MAP sensor in it as well, still had codes. Tested wires from MAF and MAP to PCM all connected and working as they should including good grounds. I put both brand new 02 sensors in they are fluctuating like they should on the scanner , Smoke tested the intake found no leaks, New Coolant temp sensor, brand new Spark plugs in it, which are black again. Pressure tested fuel rail had 56-58 PSI steady. Scanner Reads -20 to -30 Fuel trim short term and long term which is very rich. I'm just extremely confused on to what's next since I have gone through the possibilities with no luck. If anyone can lead me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Remember that the scanner can only show a commanded value and no actual, narrow band sensors can't show real time values. But your trims do show you an issue like you've said.

If everything is running good, I'd be looking at the tune. Mail order tunes aren't the best and if you changed injectors to something larger, added a camshaft and headers it needs to be calibrated in person.

Where is the MAF sensor located on your swap?
What year swap engine and PCM are you working with?

The MAF is located about 7-8” off the throttle body, also they are both from my 03 Denali donar vehicle.

appreciate the response, I had the Auto Cal tune through them so I actually record data and the send it out to them so they see I believe everything. Also Factory injectors only difference is the cam. I could definitely get back to them again and see what they think.

This will affect the readings. Nothing that can't be tuned. But not easy to guess at either.
