Most of the aftermarket (rear exit) exhaust systems are set up for trucks with bumpers. Does anyone make a rear exit, bolt on cat back exhaust for a '05 regular cab/shortbed Silverado with a rear roll pan installed?

The regency trucks have roll pans with ezhaust coming out in them. Not sure if they sell just the vat back and roll pan though.
