Look here for sound clips:

I'd go with 2.5" true duals and whichever muffler you prefer from the sound clips.

Personally i'm going with LT's ORY 3" pipe 12" Bullet for a resonator and a 16" Borla xr1 for sound. then just dumping it under the truck.

I had on my 05 4door 1/2 tonner, true duals and an H pipe that I had a guy fabricate for me. I just cut the pipe where the two banks of cylinders come together, Y, and ran two 2.5 inch pipes to 2 dynomax super turbos, (14 inch X9 inch case), and then two 2.5 inch tailpipes criss-crossed to equal the length of pipe between two banks of cylinders. This gave me a double balanced system. I use the H as a balance tube, and I ran the drivers side bank of cylinders tailpipe out the passenger side, and vice versa. This took care of the drivers side pipe coming across to run down the passenger frame rails. It sounded great and ran good. Never dynoed it or anything. I put the same setup on 4 other trucks and have liked the way they perform. I have a few pics of it from my 8.1 liter.
The H is not in the optimum place, but I put it as far forward as possible. One the 1/2 ton, it was right where we cut out the Y pipe.
For a 6.0, I would not use any bigger than 2.5 inch pipe dualed, with an H or X. X is better, but harder to get in there.
