A lot of tuners will do free retunes outside of the addition of boost.

Go to the muffler shop and ask for larger piping from the cats back, it's what I did, and I threw on a 10 series, she roars like a monster now yet no drone!

Agreed. Buy the headers and y pipe of your choice and new o2 sensors. Its a few bolts and some wrestling around. I did mine with help in about 6 hours but had a hack job of a y pipe to get off first. Completely stock would have taken 4-5 hours tops.

I would either get a dump or see if Corsa will sell you a replacement tailpipe section. No need to make a stock cammed 5.3 louder at idle. Will sound like garbage. If you want better idle sound, then you'll need a cam for sure, otherwise it will sound pretty trashy.
