I have no cats with long tubes and my magnaflow is not too overpowering at all. If you are tired of loud I'd leave the cats on

I have a single muffler with dual in and dual out. It is 11" inches long, It has a good tone. Magnaflow is a true dual muffler the chambers are seperate and straight through.

OR you could go with Dual DynoMax Bullets and a magnaflow x-pipe with the cats. Mines not too much louder than the magnaflow mufflers which in my opinion are too quiet. But the bullets sound awesome @WOT,
