Default Exhaust help

ok...I had an intake and a Magnaflow Cat Back system (w/ the 3" in 3" out muffler) and my truck sounded good, although, it had a slight drone at 2000 rpm ....well, then I added Stainless Works Long tube headers and Off Road Y pipe and overall the truck still sounds great, but, now at 2000 rpm (really about 1900-2100 rpm) the drone is horrible and hard to even talk over. As matter of fact, for the 1st couple of days it gave me slight headache.
As you probably know the Magnaflow cat back system has single tailpipe out the right rear (behind the tire).
My 1st hope is to get ride of the resonance in the cab. My 2nd hope is to have dual pipes out the back. My 3rd is to have true dual exhaust.
I'm looking for suggestions on how to get rid of it. My thoughts are to cut off the y collector and install an x pipe and have it go into a 2 in/2 out Magnaflow muffler and exit out the back. If that does not get rid of the resonance, then add resonators in the old cat locations.
All other info about my truck is in my sig.
Thanks for the input.
Damon

Put in the X-pipe and then go with two 12226 magnaflows and 2 1/2 " tail pipes. Also no tips or small diamater tips will help with resonance.
