i have a 5.3 with pacesetter lts and ory and a flownaster...would a more restrictive muffler help me down low. when i put the lts and ory on i noticed a big drop in my take off.

Are you tuned for the LT's ? Flowmaster is def a restrictive muffler.. What you lost down low you made it back up top and then some

yea im tuned for them it just still seems like i lost i lil..i absolutely can not stand my muffler i used to have a borla but i traded some dude for a day and his truck got repoed!!

ditch the slowmaster for a Magnaflow and dont look back

ive never heard a magnaflow, would a cut out do me any good...if a can sell my 86 gmc im getting a 220/220 from tsp.

I noticed the same issue with my truck after the lt's and ory and having a flowmaster. Even after a retune it still feels like it's lost a little down low. I'll be changing to a Magnaflow or maybe a spintech to see if that changes anything. At the very least I'll have a different sound than every other truck on the road.
