Exhaust
#3
Depends on what you go with. If you go with a true dual, you don't want to go too large with the pipe. Too large will kill the velocity the exhaust exits the truck and kill your low end. I started out with a single muffler on mine and have now upgraded to a true dual exhaust and now running cutouts. I could tell a definite seat of the pants gain from the true duals, but have no numbers to back it up. I definitely prefer my true dual set up however. I would suggest though that if you do a true dual, you run an x-pipe in the mix to help equalize the exhaust. And stay away from flowmaster if you ultimate goal is power and speed. Flows sound great, but they are far from the greatest thing out there like they claim.
Your best bet would be a straight thru design, like magnaflow, dynomax, etc........with no larger than 2.5" pipe.
