Default Exhaust for a 2004 6.0 2500

This truck is what I work out of right now so I don't want it to be too loud. I am going to put a CAI on the truck and was wondering what would be the best exhaust that will give me the most power but not sacrifice fuel mileage. The truck is a 04 2500 RCLB with the 6.0. Will headers make that big of a difference? I plan on getting the truck tuned at Texas Speed as soon as I get the parts in? If I order headers, this will probably be where I will order them from. The guy I bought my T/A from all of the work on the car was done here and so far the car is awesome. I was also wondering how much difference electric fans made and where would be a good place to buy them. If any body knows of any fairly inexpensive upgrades please let me know. I do not want to tear into the motor just yet since it already has 123,000 miles on it.

I Have a flowmaster , 2 in- 1, 3" out Just before the rear tire. sounds more like a Corvette than a truck. But for a little more than $125 installed it's allright. I'll upgrade later after I get all the other stuff I want...

I've got the 2500 CCSB with 6.0 liter, and the corsa sport muffler (see sig. for other mods) . To me it's kinda quiet at idle, but sounds great when you punch it. I'm looking at mod options to make it rumble a bit more.

I had the Flo Pro(model 2503) on my old 03 with the 6.0 . Damn near quiet as stock since it's an exact size replacement, but had better flow. My buddy that bought the truck has replaced it with the Magnaflow catback with the dual in/single out setup. Sounds real nice and is pretty quiet.
