Its a programming limit, not really the limit of the MAF. GM didn't think we needed to use any more than 12000 Hz from the MAF, so thats the last column in the PCM. Unfortunatrly, many of us are going past the 12000 value.

is it diffrent from the year to year in the pcm?

i am building a 6.0, and i am supercharged, so this may be a problem i will be looking at in the future.

i already know that a 02 pcm will work wonders on my 00.

All gas trucks and SUVs have the same maf, with the possible exception of Charris's H2. I'm still looking into that.

if i stop to work tomorrow i'll check the part number in the gm parts catalogue for the H2 maf to see if it's the same as normal.

Yeah... I don't know what's going on there. I sent Big Tex my current tuning file and my stock tuning file and they have different numbers in the maf table from everyone else. Don't know what the hell is up with that. Only that magnuson didn't change them from what the stock file says.

It'll be interesting to see what you find out!

I wonder if the tuning vendors like LS1 Edit and HP Tuner could expand that table? When I think back to my Tunercat L98 days I know that users kept adding to the programing capabilities and Tunercat would output new revisions periodically.
