Default exaust choices, which one?

here's the deal, most likely for christmas i will get an exaust system, here is my delema, i can either get a flowmaster american thunder system for $340
details:flowmaster kit
or i can get a system installed here in bryan with 1 40 series muffler twin pipes installed for $200+ price of 3in tips aprox $70-$100 but the system is not mandrel bent. very high quality my friend has it on his truck.
witch would you go for? these are my only two options, none others

there arent too many flowmaster fans over. most will say get another brands catback. i know you want no other options, but you can get a magnaflow kit for under 400 and its all mandrel and its stainless steel.

but since your going for sound alone i like the 40 series. definately sounds tough

I would say magnaflow, but I like flows too. They got that infamous tone and sound darn good. You"ll should like the sound. But I'll go with turndowns over the axle out the upper corners......no tips slightly hidden over the rear tires.

You can always change exhaust!!

mangaflow over a flowmaster... advantage is flow. Flowmaster sounds good... magnaflow isnt quite as loud (depends on series and what not).. but its proven that they make more rwhp than flowmasters... i have flowmasters, i love them, but its restricting me right now.

I have a 40 series with turndowns and headers. Sounds badass, not too bad cruising on the highway either.
