I have about 3000 thousand to blow, (canadian) I currently have exhause done to my truck and I want to look for a 6.0 in place of my 5.3... then maybe bore it out and give it a cam job then heads and all the other goods... I guess what I'm trying to ge at, would that 3000 be enough for a 6.0... thanks

 

you can get a good 6.0 for under a grand, a set of used S2 heads for 1500 and a cam for 250+/-...that should put you right around 3k, but you'd need tuning for sure.
