engine temp gauge not working

Default engine temp gauge not working

i installed headers now my temp gauge dont work. does anyone know where the sensor is incase i messed it up or disconnected it by mistake? i read the code and it said temp sensor fault high. what does this mean. i even cleared it then it came back

does this mean my computer cant read the temp and the motor might overheat??
