Default Engine oil cooler

Hi guys

can i use the engine oil cooler kit from nbs cars on my 08 truck? 5.3 or should i buy the Lingenfelter kit?

i just want to know if it will fit on the oil ports not all the system since it will be modified

also would it be a waste of money? because the weather here is very hot (between 110 -130 F for the next 3 to 4 months)

thanks guys

it's not a wast of money your engine will run cooler and your oil life will be longer. i am also trying to get one hooked up on my truck. i have the factory lines that came with my 6.0 my my radiator doesn't have the cooler made in it , so mine is capped off for now.

why not to use an external cooler ? use the factory lines and re route them to an external cooler which will be better i think

cheers
