Default Engine build up questions

I am building a '85 C10. I am planning on a 6.0/4l80 swap. I want some opinions on a stall and cam. I dont have any goals but I'd be pretty happy with somewhere in the 450 range on the motor or more. I'm still going to have a/c and cruise control. I'm building the truck to be a really fast driver and still reliable. I'm doing the swap because I'm tired of messing with the carbed 305. I also plan to stay NA. I would also like to get a 9.5 rear end outta 454SS/ anyone know if they made any with disc brakes? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys

I was thinking 3000 stall, 3.73 gears with tru trac, and maybe a G5X3 cam?

the most common combos are usually 3200 to 3600 stall and 220-230 duration cam.

Same heads, as far as what else to do it depends on how high you want to spin the motor, a lot of guys like to replace the rod bolts with ARP's, and I've heard that the Katech rod bolts are good too.
