Surprised. My 218/224 didnt show up, but my 206/212 was sold, so I pulled it out anyway I had the vette cam lying around and said what the hell. I put it in, and am very surprised. It pulls great mid range all the way up, and the low end is still there. I'm happy. (for now)

 

Vette cam... as in LS6 cam or plain LS1 cam???

 

does the vette cam pull better than your 206/212??

 

The 206/212 will pull much better in the low and mid rpm range.

 

Just the plain LS1 Its just temporary though

 

It pulls hard in the mid range, overall I think the 206/212 pulled harder but I only paid like $35 for the LS1 cam.

 

mine pulls nice as well. i like it. but i will probably swap it out for a larger cam later on.

 

So the regular ls1 cam is decent for our trucks?

 

I'm gonna swap this one out hopefully next weekend. Time for heads/cam
