Anyone have the overall length of an electric cutout. I ordered one for my truck and I hope it will fit around everything the way that they welded on my cutout. Thanks in advance.

What kind?? My DMH isn't very long, maybe 6".

 

Does it matter which way I put it on, the instructions don't say, but it fits better under the truck one way and not so good if I flip it around. It rubs the pipe one way. The flap should open installed either way I'm quessing.

 

either way is fine.

 

Thanks for the info. I will have to hide the switch because my son will want to open and close it all the time.
