Default egr valve problem

my truck when it is at low rpms does this kind of thing like it wants to shut off. so i scanned it at the shop and it says my egr valve needs to be calibrated but i work on transmission not motors so i have no damn clue what to do about this. can a good tune fix it?

If the EGR is sticking open, it's a large vacuum leak that could affect performance...
