Default egr block off. couple questions.

my lpp headers that are going on in a few weeks don't run egr. so i had a few questions about removing it/blocking it off. instead of just buying a plug, i'm going to buy the block off plate from gm but i'm not sure which one it is. it blocks it off at the intake manifold right? is it part number 12558346 or 12554606? also, i don't know what it's called but do you guys remove the part that is in between the manifold and intake manifold or leave it there and just remove the tubes? if you remove it, what do you do about the wiring going to it? here's what i'm taking about incase you didn't know by my description. thanks.

I unplugged, zip tied that to the fuel rail, and unbolted it from the head, but it threw a couple codes that I had to change.

Some people use that egr plug to power or get info from a wideband o2 sensor I think. Not sure on the particulars with that setup. Better to keep it around at least. Did you find the part # by searching a little? I think it's 12558346
