If you're still considering the cam that you referred to in the other thread you're going to want bigger primaries than these headers have to offer...and I believe that these headers have 2.5" collectors also. Look into Kooks or
ARH's with at least 1 7/8 primaries, or 1 7/8 stepped to 2"...

what about on a 5.3 with a comp 212/218 low-lift 114*?

you wont feel a peep of difference from 2.5 to 3" headers. I guarantee you that. I went from 1 5/8" 2.5" OBXs to 1 3/4 3" pacesetters and felt no gain.

The ebay/OBX headers will work well with that combo ;)

On a stock engine you may notice a loss, with a combo that warrants the change to bigger primaries and collectors it's a different story...may not "feel" the difference but the performance gains of a matched combo should be seen in either improved 1/4 mile or dyno numbers ;)

The amount of money that Kooks or ARHs costs compared to the extra increase they'll give compared to LPP/Pacesetter/Ebays just doesn't seem worth it. Take TXSilverado for example, he said he has not seen any increase in track times with his new headers compared to his old design pacesetters.
