I haven't found the ones you started the post about, they seem to be gone for now, but I like the obx's without the hump, they look a lot like ps and lpp's. For the price it might be a go, has anyone tried these with the ps off road pipe?

Well they do look the same...especially the collectors...hmmm

*EDIT* after second review, not the same, different merge to the collectors and no EGR provision on the LPP's...

at second glance they are not the same. collectors have a slightly different shape.

This is for sure...the OBX's at the top are direct copy of the Pacesetters, just like the other OBX's are direct copies of the original Dynatechs.

The LPP's look like an original design.

Actually you're right, the OBX's have a longer merge while the LPP's are more abrupt where the pipes end and the collector starts...

not to mention I see an EGR provision on the OBX's and none on the LPP's

No doubt. I still haven't "fixed" mine, as far as plug wire fitment/clearance.

But 6 layers of turbo wrap works very well for now.

Yea, they're inexpensive and they work, and I haven't heard of anybody having any problems with them falling apart, so I bet that you'll get many years of good service out of them
