I hate my obx... But mine were a pain in the *** and then on mine we had to beat them on the drivers side because they were rubbing the front driveshaft

These are some damn nice headers. Everything fit great, didnt have to redo any thing or bend the primaries. I have about 1/4 clearance on the passenger side. All stainless steel and tig welded. I did how ever use 2.5 band clamps instead of the clamps they supplied. Cant go wrong with these headers 340 shipped..

how's the valvetrain noise? can you hear the "tapping" when you're sitting in the cab at idle?

When i went to LT's, pacesetters specifically, the tapping from the valvetrain was completely noticeable in the cab.

from my exsperience with lts (both my blazer and silverado has the) that vavletrain noice is compleltly normal. The metal on lts is alot thinner then that on the stock y-pipe and stock manifolds

now when people mention using the stock gaskets, are y'all reusing the ones that you already had or are you getting new OEM ones?

I know it's normal, but i'm in the market to find some that will reduce or get rid of the noise. I'd be all over them... if the price was right. You can't beat the price of these LT's for $340

Thanks for the pictures, wish they had bigger collectors as well, i kinda like the valvetrain noise that you hear with LT headers. when i did my head install i thought i had a small exhaust leak but it ended up just being the thin headers letting the valvetrain noise be heard.
