Default e-fans installed

Finally got my LS1 fans in after getting my harness from White1 a while back. What would make the fans run all the time? They run on low all the time and on high when I click on the AC.

Sounds like your fan1 triggered has a constant ground.

one is supposed to click on high when the A/C is on, and then at least one is supposed to run while the engine is running.

Do you have a tune that has pin 42,41 turned on <-- can't remember which # it is.

Jesse was supposed to turn pin # 42 on for me, and he must have or the fans would not work, right?

I did drive it for a day without the pin 42 hooked up and the fans did not work until I turned the AC on which triggered one to turn on high. Now with pin 42 hooked up both run on low as soon as I start the engine, then will kick into high when I turn AC on.

I'm pretty sure that the 42 pin is for the "high temp" turn on. When the engine gets to a certain temp, one will kick on as high, if the A/C is on, they will both be on as "high"

Pin 42 is the slot you need to install the pin from the harness to. you need to double check that you installed it to Pin 42 of the BLUE harness on the PCM. Make sure that it is fully seated (it will click when it seats), you may need to take a paperclip or fine screwdriver to push it in all the way. As stated above the pin is receiving an ignition on ground. You may wish to talk to Jessie about it and see what he set your fans to.

What's name of the plug type? I'm trying to make my own harness, and I can't figure out what the plug/pin names are called?

It is installed correctly, got an email out to Jesse, see what he says.

I broke the pin that came on the white1 harness and could not find them anywhere, so I soldered it back together.
